From payment to practice.

A package with a defined scope

Choose your technical direction and compare available offers on the packages page. Each offer lists its practice materials, remote lab allowance, access validity, prerequisites and support scope. A study package and a remote lab package are different products; only the included components are delivered.

Clear activation timing

Your package displays the activation window before payment. The initial paid pilot uses an eight-hour activation window after confirmed payment so we can validate your materials and connection before making access available. The order page shows the actual deadline and progress. Your purchased lab allowance and validity begin at usable activation.

If the initial paid pilot cannot be activated within its published deadline, you can request a full refund through your order. A requested refund is shown separately from a refund completed by the payment provider.

Access for your order

After payment, follow your order in the customer portal. Practice files and remote access are separate components: you can see which are ready and which are still being prepared. Remote packages provide access assigned to your order, with the connection instructions and prerequisites for that environment.

Support for the package you purchased

Your order shows the purchased support scope, activation deadline and delivery progress. Open the Lab workspace for available files and connection instructions. If activation is late, use the refund request on your order page. There is no mandatory introductory call or assessment before buying.
