Hosted labs are not part of the first MVP delivery. The first product is a downloadable lab pack.
The hosted lab path will start as a waitlist and manual pilot, not a fully automated platform. This keeps the first release focused on product validation instead of infrastructure operations.
Waitlist Criteria
The hosted lab waitlist should capture:
- Which lab pack the engineer wants hosted
- Preferred session length
- Local hardware limitations
- Whether the user needs EVE-NG or CML
- Budget range
- Team or individual use
Pilot Model
- Limited scheduled sessions
- Manual provisioning first
- Snapshot reset between sessions
- Expiring access windows
- Paid access only
Hosted support should stay scoped to access, reset, and product issues. It should not become unlimited mentoring.
